Atonic Travels LLC helps travelers review flight options and complete reservations with third-party travel suppliers. We act as an independent travel agency, not as the carrier or travel product provider.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, contact details, dates, destinations, and required documentation. Review all itinerary details before authorizing ticketing and ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid.
Airline and supplier terms
Each booking is also governed by the applicable airline or supplier’s contract of carriage, fare rules, baggage terms, schedule policies, and other conditions. Those terms may limit changes, cancellations, refunds, or transfers.
Fare availability
Fares and availability are subject to change until a booking has been completed and ticketed. A quoted option is not guaranteed until payment is accepted and a valid ticket is issued.
Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel travel are subject to the applicable fare rules and supplier approval. Penalties, fare differences, and agency service fees may apply and will be explained when known.
Payment and ticketing
You authorize charges presented and accepted during the booking process. Ticketing is complete only after payment clears and ticket numbers are issued. Contact us promptly if a confirmation contains an error.

Atonic Travels LLC is an independent travel agency and is not an airline, hotel, tour operator, or owner/operator of the travel products displayed or discussed on the website. Suppliers are responsible for operating their services, schedules, and fulfillment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atonic Travels LLC is not responsible for supplier schedule changes, delays, cancellations, service failures, weather, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
